Maggie’s South African curry spice mix

Inspired by South African Cape Malay cooking, this is a mild African curry mix that is great in Boobotie and other recipes calling for curry powder. Also makes a great fried chicken. Inspired by Maggie’s heritage, and blended in Wales. 

Ingredients: Black pepper, cardamom, chilli, clives, coriander, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, ginger, mustard seeds, turmeric.
