Grass Kelp seaweed sustainably hand harvested from the UK coast. Also known as Gutweed or Mermaids Hair (Ulva intestinalis). After harvest the seaweed is carefully washed before being dried and toasted. Add to your dishes to give depth of flavour as well as nutrients.
