We understand that on occasions you may need to either return or exchange an item, especially when shopping online. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us on 01938578854 or firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance so we can start the process with you. Returns and exchanges can also be processed in store.
- Unopened, unused items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt with the exception of personalised items, special orders, personal items and earrings. This is extended to 60 days for the period of November and December to allow for Christmas gift shopping. Returns are at the customers cost, and refunds or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods. We advise using a tracked service as we are unable to process the items without receiving them back.
- For items that are damaged, incorrect item sent or defective (including personalised, personal and earrings) the same exchange and refund periods apply. we will cover the cost of returns in this instance.
- Items without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded onto a gift card.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method, and will be processed within 3-5 working days, however it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
