We understand that on occasions you may need to either return or exchange an item, especially when shopping online. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us on 01938578854 or email@example.com in the first instance so we can start the process with you. Returns and exchanges can also be processed in store.
- Unopened, unused items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt with the exception of personalised items, special orders, food and drink, personal items and earrings. This is extended to 60 days for the period of November and December to allow for Christmas gift shopping. Returns are at the customers cost, and refunds or exchange will be processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned goods. We advise using a tracked service as we are unable to process the items without receiving them back.
- Postage is not refundable, and if your Original order was over the free carriage amount but is now below we will subtract all or part of the delivery charge from the refund.
- For items that are damaged, incorrect item sent or defective (including items except above) the same exchange and refund periods apply. we will cover the cost of returns in this instance.
- Items without a receipt can be exchanged or refunded onto a gift card.
- Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method, and will be processed within 3-5 working days, however it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account due to bank processing time frames.
