Gifts of Wales opened in April 2021, in the mid Wales market town of Welshpool. Our town centre location is easily accessible with car parks near by as well as bus links to Wrexham, Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Chester and Newtown.
We work with over 70 Welsh suppliers to create a showcase of Welsh products all made in Wales. Wherever possible we use artisans and small businesses to create a unique offer of genuine Welsh product, and we work closely with these makers to ensure that the components for these products are responsibly sourced, and take the environment into consideration through the whole process.
Gifts of Wales was born out of an opportunity for change during the pandemic. Our vision is to create a shop filled with genuine Welsh products (not just the right words or images), sourced for its quality and the stories behind the products. We offer our suppliers a fair price for their products, and use our experience to help them wherever we can as many are creative rather than business minded and this is a new experience for them.
